Antivirus Firewall Software

At my school you need some sort of anti virus software to use the wireless network.. I wanna know if the security that comes with the mac be good enough for it to let me use it, or should I get a anti virus software ?

hey, what is the best free and best payed anti virus software out there and what do you recommend going with? If you can name some of the stuff the anti virus you recommended can do that will also be good!

I’m sick of AVG and norton. AVG does not detect every virus and norton doesn not delete the viruses. It only detects them. I want a good free anitvirus software I can download that will detect and delete the viruses. What do you recommend?

Where? I used to use AVG, but now it says i have to pay for it. So i uninstalled it, tried to reinstall, and it says i still have to pay if i want to keep it. What’s oging on here? Can someone give me a link to a free anti virus software?

i don’t have anti-virus software and i want a latest version of that free from internet. i have tried a lot of times but all versions are paid or trial.

Is the anti-virus enough?? Or do I need a security suite?? Does the security suite slow down the computer or throw in annoying firewalls that block file sharing programs??

It seems if I go with a straight antivirus software I should get BitDefender….but Norton if I want a Security Suite….

In my new PC, I have got free version of Norton , but now it will expire with in three days. Should I Subscribe for Norton or go for free anti virus software ? Pl advise.
